What you need
- BS + 8 years, OR MS + 4 years, OR PhD with relevant experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering fields
- Extensive experience implementing Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions including configuration, setup, upgrades, and solution design
- Experience implementing Teamcenter Product Configurator, Easy Plan, Teamcenter SLM, Teamcenter Quality modules
- Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, system testing, solution delivery, and user acceptance
- Experience leading at least one full Teamcenter implementation in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter modules, BMIDE, ITK, and AWC development

- Experience with PLM and 3D CAD in the semiconductor industry
- Experience with NPI lifecycle management, BOM configuration, and engineering change processes
- Experience developing PLM metrics and dashboards
