What you need

  • Knowledge of vacuum systems, closed-loop gas control systems, and electro-pneumatic controls
  • Experience with RF-induced plasma technologies
  • Familiarity with robotics, motion control systems, and microprocessor-based controllers
  • Understanding of software fundamentals and equipment control systems
