  • Familiarity with cleanroom or laboratory environments and safe handling of chemicals, gases, or related systems

  • Experience with deposition equipment such as thermal ALD, PEALD, PECVD, or similar thin-film tools
  • Expertise to RF-induced plasma systems, electro-pneumatic controls, robotics, or microprocessor-based controllers
  • Expertise to thermal reactors with solid precursor delivery systems and sophisticated temperature control
  • Experience supporting early-stage or first-of-kind equipment in an R&D environment
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
