What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 2~3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry supporting equipment in R&D, lab, or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
- Understanding of core equipment subsystems including vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, RF/plasma systems, temperature control, robotics / wafer handling, electrical and control systems
- Basic understanding of wafer fab operations, gas and vacuum systems, and equipment control concepts
- Familiarity with cleanroom or laboratory environments and safe handling of chemicals, gases, or related systems
Nice to have
- Experience with deposition equipment such as thermal ALD, PEALD, PECVD, or similar thin-film tools
- Expertise to RF-induced plasma systems, electro-pneumatic controls, robotics, or microprocessor-based controllers
- Expertise to thermal reactors with solid precursor delivery systems and sophisticated temperature control
- Experience supporting early-stage or first-of-kind equipment in an R&D environment
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
