About this role
As a Staff Autonomy Engineer on the Simulation Platform at Archer, you will develop simulation environments and models to support the testing and training of Physical AI systems. Your role includes building tooling for automated scenario generation, generating synthetic data, and defining metrics for evaluation. You will also collaborate with flight test teams to ensure simulations reflect real-world conditions and help set the platform's architecture and roadmap.

What you need
- 5+ years in simulation, robotics, or backend infrastructure
- M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent (exceptional B.S. candidates considered)

- Experience building synthetic data and evaluation pipelines
