What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of progressive experience managing transportation projects for WSDOT and/or local agencies in Washington
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in both Washington and Oregon, or the ability to obtain both within six months of hire
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary transportation design projects from pursuit through construction
- Strong knowledge of WSDOT Design Manual, AASHTO, MUTCD, and Washington State and local agency standards
- Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client management
Nice to have
- Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and 3D roadway modeling
- Existing relationships with WSDOT, Clark County, City of Vancouver, Port of Vancouver, and other regional transportation agencies across the northwest
- Experience managing alternative delivery projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams
