What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of progressive experience managing infrastructure projects for ODOT and/or local agencies in Oregon
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in both Oregon and Washington, or the ability to obtain both within six months of hire
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design projects from pursuit through construction
- Strong knowledge of ODOT Design Manual, AASHTO, MUTCD, and Oregon State and local agency standards
- Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client management
Nice to have
- Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and 3D roadway modeling
- Existing relationships with ODOT, Washington County, City of Portland, Port of Portland, Clackamas County, and other regional agencies across the northwest
- Experience managing alternative delivery projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams
