  • Strong knowledge of ODOT Design Manual, AASHTO, MUTCD, and Oregon State and local agency standards
  • Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client management

Nice to have

  • Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and 3D roadway modeling
  • Existing relationships with ODOT, Washington County, City of Portland, Port of Portland, Clackamas County, and other regional agencies across the northwest
  • Experience managing alternative delivery projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams
