What you need
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in multi-target tracking algorithms for aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems
- Strong experience with state estimation techniques including Kalman Filters and multi-target tracking concepts
- Experience developing tracking algorithms for operational systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python, and transitioning algorithms to C++
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- Experience in missile defense or space systems
- Experience with EO/IR or RF sensors
- Familiarity with real-time system constraints and embedded systems
- Experience within the systems engineering design cycle
