- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products
- 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience including ITK development in C/C++, BMIDE data modeling and customization, SOA services and handlers, Active Workspace customization and development
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#
- Experience with modern software development practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, code review
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
- Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements

- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades/migrations and cloud deployment architectures
- Experience with CAD integrations and other PLM platforms

- Understanding of PLM adjacent systems: ERP, MES, WMS, CAD, BOM management
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
