About this role
In this role, you will oversee the procurement, logistics, and software licensing processes to ensure that Anduril's production lines operate efficiently. You will design and implement systems for managing hardware and software needs, coordinate the flow of materials from receipt to production, and establish standards for compliance and scalability. Your responsibilities will include hands-on management of logistics and inventory, as well as building a software licensing function from the ground up.

What you need
- Demonstrated track record of building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch
- 5+ years across operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or a comparable generalist operating role
- Real depth in at least one of: procurement/purchasing, asset/IT lifecycle management, or logistics
- Fluency operating across connected systems (e.g., ticketing, warehouse, and ERP tools)
- Strong structured problem-solving and the ability to align Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance without direct authority
- Willingness to be hands-on
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced business degree
- Software licensing / enterprise-agreement management and vendor negotiation
- Procurement or compliance experience in a defense or otherwise regulated manufacturing environment
- Forward and reverse logistics, receiving, and inventory management
