What you need
- Demonstrated track record of building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch
- 5+ years across operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or a comparable generalist operating role
- Real depth in at least one of: procurement/purchasing, asset/IT lifecycle management, or logistics
- Fluency operating across connected systems (e.g., ticketing, warehouse, and ERP tools)
- Strong structured problem-solving and the ability to align Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance without direct authority
- Willingness to be hands-on

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced business degree
- Software licensing / enterprise-agreement management and vendor negotiation
- Procurement or compliance experience in a defense or otherwise regulated manufacturing environment
- Forward and reverse logistics, receiving, and inventory management
