About this role

  • Experience standing up a centralized labor standards capability from scratch
  • Experience managing labor standards through NPI maturity stages
  • Prior work in high-mix, complex manufacturing or defense/aerospace environments
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Power BI)
