What you need
- 4+ years in production planning, production control, or master scheduling in shipbuilding, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing
- Program-level planning experience with integrated schedules for complex manufacturing or defense programs
- Experience building and maintaining an integrated schedule against a real build
- Familiarity with controlled production environments (defense, aerospace, automotive, or similar)
- Fluency with scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, Open Plan, Aurora) and ERP/MES (Forge, Odoo, SAP, Solumina, Oracle)
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

- Experience in submarine or surface-ship construction
- Knowledge of critical chain / theory of constraints, buffer management
- Familiarity with earned value management
- Experience standing up a new production line or factory from greenfield
- Background in defense manufacturing (torpedoes, missiles, submarines, aircraft)
