What you need
- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of Industry Experience as a Design Engineer, Development Engineer, Process Development Engineer, Product Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical design/development experience with a track record of bringing hardware products to market
- Experience working on advanced hardware systems with cross-functional engineering teams
- Knowledge of design and development toolchains (CAD, PLM, etc.)
- Familiarity with defense industry standards and compliance frameworks
Nice to have
- M.S. Degree in technical engineering field
- Able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret Clearance
- Experience designing or architecting custom engineering tools or workflows
- Experience developing training materials, user guides, or documentation for technical audiences
- Project management experience or PMP certification
