What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- 10-14+ years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems
- 8+ years operating in a technical leadership or test lead capacity
- Demonstrated technical depth across multiple Connected Warfare-relevant systems
- Proven track record across the full test lifecycle
- Strong experience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in DoD operational environments
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior experience as Test Lead across multiple DoD programs
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing, environmental testing, and power/avionics standards
- Experience helping teams build or scale test automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and hardware-in-the-loop test environments
