What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying grid scale MV/LV infrastructure
- Experience with 15kV–35kV MV systems and multi-MW power delivery
- Experienced in MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, switchboards, generators, UPS systems, batteries, PDUs, RPPs, busway, PSUs, grounding, bonding, and protection systems
- Proven track record building and deploying production infrastructure from concept through operational scale
- Systems thinking ability to optimize across competing constraints (performance, power, thermal, weight, cost, reliability)
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience designing hyperscale or AI data centers
- Deep knowledge of MIL-STD-3071, NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E, and Uptime Institute standards
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant engineering discipline
- Holds Active Secret Clearance or higher
