What you need
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active U.S. Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proven experience as a designated NNPICO or Assistant NNPICO
- In-depth working knowledge of NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and DoD CUI handling guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of security compliance or classified program management experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently enforce compliance across cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Prior service in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program
- Direct experience establishing an NNPI environment for a new program or facility
- Familiarity with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), ITAR, and NIST SP 800-171 compliance frameworks
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
