What you need
- Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain
- Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills
- Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships
- Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time

- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles
- Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience
- Able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance to TS/SCI
