About this role
As a Manufacturing Engineer on the Fury team at Anduril, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of aircraft-class hardware, from prototype to production. Your role includes developing tooling, creating process flows, authoring build documentation, and collaborating with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable processes. You will also engage in hands-on building of prototype hardware and troubleshoot issues on the production floor.

What you need
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or equivalent hands-on build experience
- BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
- ME fundamentals across drawings and GD&T, DFM, work instructions, and tooling
- Experience physically building hardware through machining, fabrication, composite layup, or assembly
- CAD proficiency and exposure to production-planning tools such as ERP and MES
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Nice to have
- Experience with aircraft structures, composites, or advanced manufacturing
- High-rate manufacturing background in aerospace, automotive, EV, industrial, or medical device industries
- Hands-on experience with R/C or autonomous flight systems, plus automation and robotics
