What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial engineering in a managerial or supervisory role
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of leading teams, developing new manufacturing lines, facilities, and concepts, and cradle to grave ownership

- Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects

- Masters degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Prior experience managing, designing and/or commissioning new production lines or factories
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma principles in action
- Ability to completely own a value chain from start to finish
- Proficient in data analytics, data visualization, and/or Discrete Event Simulation software
