What you need
- 12+ years of software engineering or software systems integration and test experience
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1+ year of direct people management experience
- Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization
- Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust
- Demonstrated track record developing new data analysis and observability tools
