What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Working knowledge of contract financial concepts, including Estimate at Complete (EAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and variance analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Strong time management skills

- Experience with government contracting types, particularly Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus (CP)
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or TS/SCI), or ability to obtain one
