About this role
As a Senior PLM Engineer in Manufacturing Systems at Anduril, you will be responsible for building and owning integrations that connect engineering data from Teamcenter to the shop floor, facilitating the flow of CAM data and inspection results. You will develop custom extensions for Teamcenter, integrate various systems to close the inspection loop, and ensure that manufacturing workflows are efficiently translated into software requirements. What you need
- 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role building production systems
- Deep expertise in Teamcenter development: 5+ years hands-on with ITK and SOA customization in C++ and Java
- Demonstrated experience building custom Teamcenter handlers, services and integrations
- Working knowledge of manufacturing data domains, including CAM and NC programming outputs, machine dispatch, metrology and inspection data
- Strong technical fluency in modern software architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud or edge infrastructure
- Experience building systems that must operate reliably under real-world operational constraints
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or OT-adjacent domains
- Hands-on experience with CAM and CAI toolchains such as NX CAM, Vericut and PolyWorks
- Familiarity with model-based definition standards and QIF for inspection data exchange
- Familiarity with frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled software development workflows
- Experience in hyper-growth startup-like environments
