What you need
- 2–5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing with precision assembly systems
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Atlas Copco Power Focus controllers and MicroTorque systems
- Proven experience setting up workstations, routing cables, and physically deploying assembly line hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze a tightening trace and identify failure modes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as well as stand, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces to install hardware

- Experience using ToolsTalk 2 software

- Familiarity with torque-tension relationships (soft vs. hard joints)
