What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in defense program management
- 12-15+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in defense or national security contexts
- Strong understanding of Marine Corps Command and Control systems, Integrated Fires, or related warfighting functions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in ambiguous environments
- Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with business development, customer engagement, or requirements development with Department of War stakeholders
Nice to have
- U.S. Marine Corps experience or deep familiarity with Navy operations, doctrine, and organizational structure
- Graduate of Command and Staff or War College
- Experience with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiatives or related Joint Force integration efforts
- Technical background in software development, systems engineering, or defense acquisition
- Experience managing programs involving software integration or coordination across multiple military services
