What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or commercial finance, including leadership responsibility
- Experience working in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries, including support of commercial operations, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercialization initiatives
- Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and performance management
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor across Commercial, Finance, and cross-functional organizations
- Ability to develop sophisticated financial models and synthesize complex financial and operational data into actionable insights
