What you need
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field or 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience working in a production environment with defined processes, standard work, and quality requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and written work instructions
