What you need

  • Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Strategy, or a closely related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in academia, industry or a combination of both within Entrepreneurial Leadership and related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, reviewing, developing or revising undergraduate degree programmes or curricula in Entrepreneurship Education and Innovation Ecosystems, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Strong expertise in Entrepreneurial Leadership principles, Curriculum development methodologies and Program Reviews and Accreditation
  • Demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Business Strategy and Investment, Policy and Advocacy, Planetary Health, Social Innovation, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence application in Education, Business and Leadership, Communications and Marketing, sustainability, and workforce development
  • Experience aligning academic curricula with industry requirements, future skills frameworks and workforce trends

Nice to have

  • PhD or Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Strategy, or related field
  • Experience leading curriculum transformation, accreditation reviews or programme modernization initiatives in Rwanda or Mauritius
  • Demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurship education and innovation ecosystems
  • Experience with international curriculum frameworks such as the EntreComp Framework, OECD Learning Compass, UNESCO National Curriculum Frameworks
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in education, business, and leadership development
