About this role
As a Validation Engineer at ALTEN Technology USA, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and tracking Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) to ensure they align with project goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices for new features and conduct competitive benchmarking and customer feedback sessions to support development efforts.

What you need
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
- 3 to 5 years of automotive experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
- Good project coordination skills
- Automotive Systems Background
Nice to have
- Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
- Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management tools
- Systems Engineering experience
- Experience with system network topology diagrams
- Able to understand problems from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
