What you need
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and releasing interior subsystems
- 5+ years of experience using 3D CAD software (NX, Catia, 3DX, etc.)
- 2+ years of team lead experience
- 3+ years of experience in the production release process
- 3+ years of experience in a factory setting launching a new product
Nice to have
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Excellent understanding of GD&T standards
- High level of expertise with Catia, Enovia, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience building and launching automotive products
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
