About this role
The Maintenance Specialist II at Alo is responsible for performing audits, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling systems within the Fulfillment Center. This role involves working with minimal guidance to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, assist other technicians, and ensure safety and quality procedures are followed. What you need
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience/military service
- 3-5 years of related experience in mechanical and technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or installation
- Experience with 3 phase systems up to 480VAC
- Strong electrical background, knowledge of low voltage controls, and PLC
- Ability to analyze and resolve mechanical and technical issues
- Excellent hand and eye coordination skills
Nice to have
- Certificate(s)/License(s) in related fields such as Journeymen or Master Electrician, CMRP and/or CMRT
- CMMS experience
- Prior experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens products
- Network troubleshooting experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
