What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to lead by example in a manager role
- Ability to effectively identify, hire, and develop strong talent
- At least five years’ related experience including previous oversight of accounting areas
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of accounting, economic and finance principles and practices
