What you need
- Pursuing or completion of a bachelor’s degree in business or ag-related field; students must have Senior or Graduate Student status
- Effective written and verbal communication, analytical and computer skills
- Ability to attend required classes/trainings and meet regular attendance requirements of the job
- For Insurance Trainees, ability to obtain State Insurance Agent license(s) by the end of the six-month training program
