What you need

Active Top Secret clearance
Active BICSI RCDD certification
8+ years of related working experience
Experience leading structured cabling or telecommunications infrastructure teams in enterprise or federal environments
Strong knowledge of BICSI standards, telecommunications distribution methods, and structured cabling best practices
Hands-on experience with copper and fiber optic communications infrastructure installation, testing, and troubleshooting

Nice to have

Experience supporting federal or DoD customers in secure environments
Fiber optic splicing experience or FOA certification
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure modernization or technology refresh initiatives
Familiarity with outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) telecommunications infrastructure
