What you need
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Active BICSI RCDD certification
- 8+ years of related working experience
- Experience leading structured cabling or telecommunications infrastructure teams in enterprise or federal environments
- Strong knowledge of BICSI standards, telecommunications distribution methods, and structured cabling best practices
- Hands-on experience with copper and fiber optic communications infrastructure installation, testing, and troubleshooting
Nice to have
- Experience supporting federal or DoD customers in secure environments
- Fiber optic splicing experience or FOA certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure modernization or technology refresh initiatives
- Familiarity with outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) telecommunications infrastructure
