What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production test, or test engineering, ideally in optics, sensors, automotive electronics, or similarly complex hardware environments
- Hands-on experience with automated test systems, lab instrumentation, and production fixturing
- Strong understanding of electro-optical systems, lasers, photodetectors (including APD and SPAD), and optical fundamentals
- Experience using data analysis and statistical methods to improve yield, reliability, and test performance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
