What you need
- 5+ years of experience as a Subcontract Administrator in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of FAR/DFAR requirements and ITAR regulations
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, supply chain management, or related field

- Master's Degree Preferred
- A certificate in one or more of the following areas: Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- 3+ years applicable experience in the DoD/Federal industry and/or in positions with equivalent experience
- Experience with CPSR audits
- Experience in Hybrid Commercial / FAR compliant environment
