What you need

  • 3+ years of experience in the industrial security field
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
  • Proficient in using various software tools packages such as Visio, CAD, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Microsoft Project

Nice to have

  • Completion of all Defense Security Service FSO training requirements for safeguarding facility - Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification is a plus
  • Experience in managing lab spaces
  • COMSEC management experience
