What you need

  • More than 8 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C++
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple programming languages, and willingness to work with both C# .NET and C++
  • Strong command of microservices architecture, distributed system design, and cloud-native patterns at enterprise scale
  • Experience in cloud and Kubernetes, preferably using Microsoft Azure
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying
  • Experience leading technical design reviews and influencing architectural decisions across team and product boundaries

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor Senior and Mid-level Engineers and partner with Engineering Managers on technical direction
  • Hands-on experience working with relational databases, including schema design, indexing, and query performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating workflow-driven systems
  • Experience integrating Machine Learning, Neural Networks or LLMs into enterprise applications and workflows
  • Familiarity with OCR, NLP and computer vision technologies
