What you need
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience, with at least 3 years in Configuration Management/Tech Editing at a large corporation or Government agency
- Expertise in configuration management, change management, or related roles within IT or software development environments
- Expertise in overseeing and maintaining configuration items such as hardware, software, documentation, and other deliverables
- Expertise in documenting technical processes, system configurations, and change management procedures
- Expertise with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices, including maintaining a centralized configuration management database (CMDB)
- Experience in project management or working in a project-oriented environment, with an understanding of configuration management in large corporations or Government agencies

- Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree in an IT related field
- Certifications such as CASP+, CCISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCED, GCIH, GSLC, CCNP Security
