Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Own the strategic vision and roadmap for PROWL, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Lead the ongoing product enhancements focused on improving the PROWL user experience.
- Develop deep user and market understanding through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and industry research.
- Define feature requirements and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Monitor key product metrics and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the product expert for PROWL's MAP monitoring capabilities, becoming a trusted advisor for internal teams and customers.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling positioning and sales enablement materials.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance PROWL's capabilities around unauthorized seller detection, violation tracking, and workflow optimization.
- Stay current on ecommerce trends, pricing enforcement strategies, and competitive offerings in the brand protection space.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, preferably with SaaS applications in ecommerce, retail analytics or brand protection.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software products.
- Experience with user-centric design and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of ecommerce ecosystem, pricing strategies, and brand protection challenges (preferred).
