Job Description
Visa’s Agentic Commerce product team is building a next-generation platform that enables AI-powered agents to autonomously manage the end-to-end shopping journey—from discovery through payment and post-purchase. At the core of this platform are innovative payment use cases, powered by tokenization, programmable controls, and agentic APIs to deliver secure, seamless, and intelligent commerce experiences.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Payment Use Cases) to define, scale, and operationalize payment experiences across regions within the Agentic Commerce ecosystem. This role will own the translation of regional needs into scalable, globally consistent payment use cases, acting as a critical bridge between regional stakeholders, product, engineering, and leadership.
The role also plays a key part in shaping how these payment capabilities are communicated internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and scale priority payment use cases (e.g., agent-initiated transactions, delegated payments, post-purchase flows) based on regional needs, partner requirements, and regulatory considerations
- Own intake, prioritization, and translation of regional requirements into clear, actionable payment capabilities aligned to product roadmaps
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver payment use cases via APIs, controls, and end-to-end user experiences
- Drive global consistency in payment patterns while ensuring flexibility for regional market nuances
- Act as the central point of coordination for payment-related dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across teams and regions
- Develop and communicate clear, executive-ready narratives for payment capabilities, while supporting leadership, partner, and regulatory inquiries
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 5–7 years in product, strategy, or program management
- Experience managing multi-region, multi-product initiatives
- Strong ability to translate across technical, business, and regional stakeholders
- Proven experience developing executive-level communications
- Exceptional stakeholder management and structured thinking
- Experience in payments, tokenization, or platform ecosystems
- Familiarity with AI/agent-based commerce

The estimated salary range for this position is $169,100.00 to $ 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
