Job Description

You will champion the Victra culture while using your HR knowledge and expertise to foster change in the organization. As an Human Resources Manager, you will also:
- Partner directly with leadership on developing and maintaining positive employee relations in your assigned area.
- Drive participation, execution, and completion of performance and talent management programs.
- Assist with investigations including interviewing complainants and witnesses.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Counsel and resolve employee relations issues, including manager/employee situations, employee engagement, policies and procedures, terminations and reorganizations.
- Handle extremely confidential and time sensitive information while navigating through escalated human resources issues.
- Review internal promotions and re-hire requests.
- Manage human resource initiatives and special projects as well as research and recommend new ideas.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of total HR experience
- Ability to work business hours of assigned area including some evening and weekend support on an as-needed basis due to support of retail store operations
- Experience with employment laws for assigned area preferred
- Outstanding listening and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated flexibility to re-prioritize and adapt quickly
- A high-level of proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills required
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative but also self-motivated, ability to work well autonomously, outgoing and focused on providing excellent customer service to our internal customers
- Sound judgement with regards to when to escalate an issue to HR Leadership
- Desire to have fun while being the best and to bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day
