Geosynthetics Sales Engineer (Remote)
Our client, a growing leader within the geosynthetics and industrial materials industry, is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to manage and grow business within an assigned territory. Responsibilities
- Grow and manage assigned sales territory through prospecting and relationship development
- Present and sell products and solutions to new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend solution-based products
- Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and oil & gas customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits
- Achieve and exceed territory sales and revenue goals
- Maintain pipeline activity, forecasts, and CRM reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
- Travel throughout the territory to support customers and drive new business growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required
- Geosynthetics industry experience, specifically within oil & gas and erosion control markets, required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals required
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestic required
