About the Role
The Regional Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies and managing budgets across the assigned region. This role partners closely with internal teams to translate national initiatives into impactful regional and local plans. The Regional Brand Marketing Manager serves as the primary liaison for regional sales leadership and marketing partners, provides critical insights on local activation opportunities, communicates marketing plans and performance to leadership, and ensures successful execution of scalable and impactful programs.
The position must reside in a Wisconsin based TDS market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Lead Regional Brand Marketing Strategy: Create and manage comprehensive regional brand marketing strategies and budgets aligned with national priorities. Translate high-level initiatives into actionable, locally relevant plans that drive impact across diverse markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination: Serve as the central liaison between regional sales leadership, marketing peers, and agency partners. Facilitate seamless communication, ensure alignment, and guide cross-functional teams in adapting national programs for effective regional execution.
- Regional Program Activation and Optimization: Partner with internal teams, specifically with sales and marketing teams to activate national strategies at the regional level, leveraging local insights to identify opportunities, and assess agency-led events and programs. Provide feedback to optimize performance and improve market results.
- Communicate Results and Provide Strategic Insights: Communicate regional marketing plans, execution progress, and outcome to leadership and stakeholders. Serve as the “local lens” by delivering insights that support continuous improvement, alignment, and enhanced regional performance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
- 5+ years of brand marketing or sales experience.
- 3+ years in a supervisory role or equivalent leadership experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

- Experience in telecommunications.
- Strong competencies in brand development, innovation, and project management.
- Experience with a wide range of marketing communications, planning and execution.
- Strong people management skills, including remote team oversight.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and quantitative decision-making.
- Located within a strategic market in assigned region.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
