About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and business objectives for Target's Network Security product. You will be the 'voice of the product,' ensuring stakeholder needs are met and driving the modernization of critical network security capabilities. This role involves partnering with engineers, architects, and cybersecurity experts to strengthen Target's security posture while enabling business growth and maintaining a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
- Set key business objectives (OKRs) and assess product value using customer feedback and data.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on highest impact for the team and stakeholders.

About You
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

- Domain knowledge in Network Security or adjacent areas (e.g., Security, Infrastructure).
- Proven experience in product strategy development and implementation for platform products.
- Comfort operating in evolving, high-complexity spaces.
- Technical aptitude and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Work Arrangement
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid ('Flex for Your Day') work arrangement. Remote work means full-time from home, with occasional travel to HQ. Hybrid/Flex means work can be performed either remotely or onsite at a Target location as required.
