The position serves as a key bridge between business and ICT and plays a critical role in influencing roadmap priorities, investment sequencing, and delivery outcomes. AI Exploration, Experimentation & Value Creation
Demonstrate active curiosity and continuous learning in AI technologies, including large language models, copilots, and AI agents. Engage in hands-on experimentation (“tinkering”) with AI tools, prompts, and agent workflows to explore practical use cases. Identify, prioritize, and prototype AI-driven opportunities across the sales lifecycle. Translate experimentation into scalable, production-ready capabilities that deliver measurable business value. Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise data strategy, governance, and cybersecurity requirements.
Program Leadership & Team Development
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members in Project and Program Management disciplines. Leverage experience to develop team capability, improve delivery maturity, and support individual career growth. Act as a trusted advisor to peers and emerging leaders, helping teams navigate complexity and improve outcomes. Establish governance and reporting practices that improve predictability and leadership visibility. Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders.
