This position is responsible for overseeing the operation of an average of 3 stores, focusing on sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink reduction. The role also involves the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations for an average of 3 Spirit Halloween stores.
- Manage sales performance, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations.
- Control expenses and minimize shrink.
- Lead the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear down of stores.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment for store teams.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (over 8 hours).
- Willingness to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Weekly rate: $1,111.23 - $1,136.23, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Colorado Paid Sick Time.
- Repeat DSM Bonus Program.
