Role Responsibilities
The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the program-wide schedule and financial reporting system for projects in a specific location/region. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing schedules and financial management reports, providing solutions for issues, analyzing project impacts, and monitoring progress. The Scheduling Manager develops a complete draft of the project CPM and then reviews and refines the draft in collaboration with the project team. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts related to schedule requirements.
Scheduling Manager Required Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience construction scheduling experience
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Primavera - P6, Microsoft Project, & Microsoft Excel
- 2+ Years experience supporting claims evaluation & mitigation issues
- 2+ Years experience quantifying & analyzing critical path activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
