Services Sales Solutions Leads (SSSLs) are pivotal strategic thinkers who empower Public Sector customers to evolve into Agentic AI Enterprises. Your core responsibility is to guide clients in understanding the 'why' before the 'how,' collaborating with executive stakeholders to develop customized strategic roadmaps and business cases that harness the full potential of AI. As an SSSL, you will drive the pre-sales motion by providing dedicated deal support to a pod of 1-5 sellers, focusing on high-impact sales enablement and pipeline conversion.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
- Operate with a strong bias for action, moving rapidly to meet fast-paced mission requirements and accelerate deal velocity.
- Partner closely with Account Partners (APs) to lead the pre-sales discovery process, employing ruthless prioritization to qualify deals early, mitigate delivery risks, and concentrate on high-impact opportunities.
- Serve as the strategic connective tissue, orchestrating internal subject matter experts to validate solutions and translate ambitious visions into simplified, outcome-based proposals and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Own and execute "Vision to Value" sessions – pre-implementation strategy sprints focused on executive alignment, capability prioritization, and defining measurable KPIs.
- Drive pipeline creation, influence bookings, scale AI-first transformations, and capture positive AP feedback.
- Act as the strategic anchor for engagements, crafting transformation stories that win industry awards and ensuring seamless transitions to delivery teams for rapid mobilization.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level customers, developing narratives that outline the execution plan and timeline for transformation programs.

- Ensure business value is defined and realized by translating executive objectives into clear, executable implementation plans.

- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Architecture, and Leadership, running "Deal Clinics" to stress-test strategies and reduce stalled deals.
- Build scalable, reusable assets like pre-sales tools, methodologies, and customer stories to enable Account Partners for self-service.

- Contribute to high client satisfaction by ensuring solutions are set up for delivery success and align with customer objectives.
- Drive Strategic Account Health by defining customer objectives, mitigating delivery risks, and applying a disciplined Go/No-Go (GNG) process.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level consulting services, with 7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform.
- 7+ years of deep enterprise-level project or program experience (SaaS preferred) for accurate scoping and estimation.
- Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW creation for multi-cloud, transformational programs.
- Active involvement in supporting professional services sales, including proposal development and C-level presentations.
- Experience leading strategic scoping, proposal development, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
- Deep demonstrated technical and/or functional proficiency in the Salesforce platform and its solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and Service Cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build advisory relationships with executives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence audiences, facilitate complex solutioning workshops, and lead executive discussions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
