Real Estate Paralegal - Robinson & Cole LLP
The Boston office of Robinson & Cole LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Real Estate + Development team in Boston, MA.
About the Role
This position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including review of title commitment and survey, filings and ordering documents from the MA Secretary of State, ordering and review of UCC, bankruptcy and litigation searches, closing document preparation, due diligence review, preparing closing binders and drafting routine correspondence and documents. Knowledge of the affordable housing and commercial finance is a plus. Experience with commercial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions is helpful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Detail-oriented with proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Enjoy being part of a fast-paced work environment
- Must take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow specific detailed procedures
- Flexibility for overtime
Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location.
R+C supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our business professionals are asked to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week to benefit from in-person connection and collaboration.
