About the role
Financial Systems Technical Architect
Reyes Holdings is seeking a skilled Financial Systems Technical Architect to join our team. This role is crucial in building and managing scalable, efficient architectures for our financial systems, aligning with organizational goals and standard methodologies. You will work with platforms including Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial planning platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the build and management of scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems.
- Drive automation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or modules and optimize existing systems.
- Develop custom applications, extensions, or integrations as necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understand and help manage system infrastructure.
- Lead the building of standard methodologies and documentation for financial systems.
- Mentor team members to foster growth and innovation.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise financial systems, OR High School Diploma/GED with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows, and cloud-based financial platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.
- Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards) and automation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s Degree in finance, engineering, information technology, or computer science.
